HUBUNGAN STATUS EKONOMI, STATUS GIZI DAN KUALITAS TIDUR DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL DI KLINIK KUSUMA SAMARINDA

Latar Belakang : ibu hamil rentan mengalami anemia karena pada saat hamil sangat membutuhkan zat besi untuk pertumbuhan janin dan persiapan persalinan. Status ekonomi yang rendah, status gizi yang kurang dan kualitas tidur yang buruk menyebabkan ibu hamil mengalami anemia. Tujuan : mengetahui hubungan status ekonomi, status gizi dan kualitas tidur dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Klinik Kusuma Kota Samarinda. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 74 responden yang dipilih menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan PSQI (The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) dan alat Easy Touch GCHbE. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil : gambaran status ekonomi ibu hamil sebagian besar memiliki status ekonomi tinggi yaitu 60,8%, gambaran status gizi ibu hamil sebagian besar memiliki status gizi baik yaitu 62,2%, gambaran kualitas tidur ibu hamil sebagian besar memiliki kualitas tidur baik yaitu 51,4% dan gambaran anemia ibu hamil sebagian besar tidak anemia yaitu 58,1%. Ada hubungan status ekonomi (p value 0,000), status gizi (p value 0,000) dan kualitas tidur (p value 0,000) dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Klinik Kusuma Kota Samarinda dengan nilai p value 0,000. Kesimpulan : ada hubungan yang signifikan status ekonomi, status gizi dan kualitas tidur dengan anemia pada ibu hamil di Klinik Kusuma Kota Samarinda

Background: Pregnant women are susceptible to anemia because during pregnancy they really need iron for fetal growth and preparation for childbirth. Low economic status, poor nutritional status and poor sleep quality cause pregnant women to experience anemia. Objective: to determine the relationship between economic status, nutritional status and sleep quality with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Kusuma Clinic, Samarinda City. Method: The research design used in this research is analytical with a cross sectional design. The total sample was 74 respondents selected using Accidental Sampling. The measuring tool uses PSQI (The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) and the Easy Touch GCHbE tool. Data analysis used the Chi Square test. Results: description of the economic status of pregnant women, most of them have high economic status, namely 60.8%, description of the nutritional status of pregnant women, most of them have good nutritional status, namely 62.2%, description of the sleep quality of pregnant women, most of them have good sleep quality, namely 51, 4% and the description of anemia in pregnant women is that most of them are not anemic, namely 58.1%. There is a relationship between economic status (p value 0.000), nutritional status (p value 0.000) and sleep quality (p value 0.000) with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Kusuma Clinic, Samarinda City with a p value of 0.000.
