PENGARUH YOGA TERHADAP PERUBAHAN PSIKOLOGIS PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER II DAN III
Abstract
Kehamilan merupakan proses fisiologis yang disertai dengan perubahan psikologis signifikan, terutama pada trimester kedua dan ketiga. Perubahan ini sering memicu stres, kecemasan, dan gangguan suasana hati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yoga terhadap perubahan psikologi ibu hamil trimester 2 dan 3. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental one group pretest-posttest. Sebanyak 30 ibu hamil trimester 2 dan 3 mengikuti kelas yoga prenatal selama 4 minggu. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner skala DASS-21 untuk mengukur stres, kecemasan, dan depresi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan pada skor stres, kecemasan, dan depresi setelah mengikuti yoga (p < 0,05). Yoga prenatal terbukti efektif sebagai intervensi non-farmakologis dalam menjaga kesehatan psikologis ibu hamil.
